iCAUR 03 service cost and V23 maintenance in Malaysia
What to ask your service centre before approving work, with a ready-to-send quotation message.
Service preparation — current prices and model-specific schedules are not verified.

To budget for servicing your iCAUR 03 or V23, ask an authorised service centre for the work due on your car and an itemised quotation. We don't have a verified price list to give you a reliable cost per visit or annual total.
Follow the service booklet supplied with your car and ask the centre to confirm the applicable time and mileage requirements. Do not carry an interval over from another model or market.
Ask for the schedule before the price
Send the centre your model, variant, registration date, current mileage and last service date. Include a photograph of the relevant service-booklet page if you need help identifying the next visit.
Ask them to confirm:
- Which scheduled service is due and the deadline for completing it.
- The required inspections and replacements at this visit.
- Parts, labour, consumables and tax as separate amounts.
- Any optional work, listed separately for your approval.
- Whether a service package or existing entitlement covers any items.
Compare the Quotation
If you're comparing centres, send both the same details and ask for the same work. A lower total doesn't tell you much if one quotation includes extra replacements and the other doesn't.
A message you can send
“I'd like a service quotation for my iCAUR [model and variant], registered [date], currently at [mileage] km. My last service was on [date] at [mileage] km. Please confirm the service due under my Malaysian maintenance schedule and quote the required work, parts, labour and tax. Please list optional work separately and contact me before carrying out anything outside the agreed quotation.”
Ask for a validity date on the quotation. Tell the centre about warning messages or other symptoms separately, so it can advise whether diagnosis needs its own booking or charge.
Keep service and warranty questions together
Ask the centre which service records you need to retain and how it records completed work. Keep the itemised invoice and the updated service record. If you're asking about a fault, request confirmation of whether it will be assessed as a warranty claim and whether any diagnostic charge applies.
Our warranty guide explains the published coverage and the points to confirm for your car. The responsible warranty provider decides coverage.
Use the service-centre list to find a contact or prepare a WhatsApp appointment request where available. The centre confirms your date and time directly.
