Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in the iCAUR 03 and V23

The official Malaysian iCAUR 03 and V23 pages advertise wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Check your own car's manual and phone compatibility before pairing; the advertised feature doesn't establish which menus or connection methods your car uses.
There is also a regional limit to flag: Google's current Android Auto country list doesn't include Malaysia, and Google says most features won't work outside its listed countries. That sits alongside iCAUR Malaysia's advertised compatibility. Ask iCAUR to confirm support for your car and phone; we can't guarantee availability here.
Connect an iPhone
Start while safely parked, with the infotainment system on.
- Turn on Siri, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your iPhone.
- Put the car into its phone-pairing or wireless CarPlay mode using the vehicle manual.
- On your iPhone, open Settings → General → CarPlay and select your car when it appears.
- Follow the prompts. If CarPlay doesn't open automatically, select its icon on the car's display.
Check the Connection Method
Apple's instructions cover different vehicle connection methods. If your manual specifies a USB connection, follow that method; we haven't verified the correct USB port or wired support on each 03 and V23 variant.
Connect an Android phone
Check Google's current phone requirements first. For wireless setup, Google specifies a compatible phone and car, an active data plan and 5 GHz Wi-Fi support.
With the car parked, keep Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and location services on. Open the car's phone-pairing menu as described in its manual, pair the phone over Bluetooth and follow the Android Auto prompts. Select Android Auto on the car's display if prompted. These are Google's general steps, subject to the country restriction above.
If it won’t connect
For CarPlay, check Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, restart the phone, and check whether Screen Time restrictions block CarPlay. Apple's support guide also explains how to forget the car and pair again.
If the problem continues, send the service centre your phone model, phone software version, vehicle software version and the exact message shown. Ask it to confirm the supported setup for that combination.
